Pylons

Created for and installed at the Chicago Artists Coalition (March 2015)
A set of two readers simultaneously communicate to an ambidextrous note-taker.
Reading and writing, projection and blocking, isolation and freedom are all part of the procedure.
pylon:
a. A marker to signal something to be avoided
b. A marker that stands upright at each corner of the end zone to facilitate judgments of close plays.
c. A vertical supporting structure usually supporting high-tension wires.
d. A large structure or group of structures marking an entrance or approach.
b. A monumental gateway in the form of a pair of truncated pyramids serving as the entrance to an ancient Egyptian temple.
